  • Free Tier: 1 daily reading at no cost
  • Premium Pass: $4.99 USD for 72 hours unlimited access

2. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our service (instant access to AI-generated content), all sales are final once the premium access is activated.

By purchasing a Premium Pass, you acknowledge that:

  • The service is consumed immediately upon activation
  • You have access to free readings to evaluate the service before purchasing
  • The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription

3. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error
  • Service Outage: If the service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your 72-hour access period
  • Technical Failure: If premium access was not properly activated after successful payment
